2:04 a.m. A suspicious motor vehicle was stopped at Bedford Road and Banta-Davis Field. The operator was found to be operating with a suspended license and will be summonsed.
10:57 a.m. A Westford business reported possible larceny of phone service.
11:14 a.m. A cable crew was advised they were creating a traffic hazard at West Street and Highwoods Lane.
1:51 p.m. A utility truck blocking the roadway on Russell Street was advised.
4:18 p.m. Carlisle Police assisted Concord with a 911 call on Westford Street.
6:30 p.m. A resident came to the station for advice on a civil matter.
9:02 a.m. Trucks blocking the roadway on West Street were advised.
6:07 p.m. A Koning Farm Road resident asked for assistance with a medical question.
8:01 p.m. A disabled vehicle at Lowell Street and Litchfield Drive was assisted with gasoline.
2:38 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.
12:30 p.m. DPW was advised of potholes creating a traffic hazard at Fiske Street and the Chelmsford line.
10:30 p.m. A 20-year-old male resident was arrested for assault and battery. He was taken to the station and held until court opened.
10:24 a.m. An Indian Hill resident reported a possible bylaw violation; a dilapidated vehicle was parked behind the house.
11:57 a.m. A well-being check was made on a resident who was not at home.
1:43 p.m. A vehicle operator was arrested at Concord Street and Clark Farm Road. He was taken to the station and kept in custody, with an officer assigned to watch the cell.
10:08 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on River Road.
6:34 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a vehicle accident at Bedford Road and the rotary.
10:49 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a medical emergency at the station.
3:05 p.m. Trash was dumped illegally on School Street. The contents of the trash bag led officers to the person responsible for dumping it and that person was advised.
11:01 p.m. A well-being check was made at a Bedford Road home where a husband was unable to reach his wife. Things checked okay but it was determined that there was a phone problem.
1:13 a.m. A Concord man was arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol on West Street. He was held at the station until he was bailed.
1:36 p.m. Patrol kept the peace while a man under a restraining order went home to retrieve belongings.
1:38 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Curve Street.
11:22 p.m. A tree limb down on the roadway at River and Skelton Roads was removed.
11:17 a.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout at the State Park.
5:33 p.m. An Acton Street resident reported kids in a car surrounded by two dogs. The dogs were gone on patrol's arrival.
10:35 a.m. Patrol assisted while DPW men removed logs from the street at Bedford Road and Maple Street.
3:08 p.m. Police are investigating a past hit-and-run accident at Lowell Street and the Visitor's Center.
11:54 p.m. Parkers at Curve Street and the bog were advised to move.
12:49 a.m. Patrol assisted with medical transport to Emerson Hospital.
9:20 a.m. A mailbox was struck on Cross Street.
4:30 p.m. An existing restraining order was modified and served at the police station.
6:43 p.m. Patrol assisted with medical transport to Emerson Hospital.
8:40 a.m. A tree crew blocking the roadway on South Street was advised.
10:46 a.m. A resident came to the station for legal advice about a domestic situation.
1:38 p.m. A Westford Street resident reported possible past larceny of a cell phone.
5:40 p.m. The paperwork for a restraining order was served at the station.
5:55 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a gasoline leak on Forest Park Drive.
1:46 p.m. A suspicious vehicle on Russell Street checked okay; it was determined to be that of a housesitter.
3:03 p.m. A report was taken of a past bicycle theft on Rutland Street.
4:05 p.m. The operator of a car passing over a double yellow line at East Street and Bedford Road was advised.
4:15 p.m. DPW was notified of a tree hanging over the roadway at Spalding Field and Church Street.
6:18 p.m. A Westford Street resident reported a possible violation of a restraining order. Patrol had a negative find.
1:19 a.m. An open gate at Bedford Road and Foss Field was secured.
8:13 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.
10:16 a.m. A resident who called about money missing was advised.
10:30 a.m. A found license plate was returned to the owner.
2:46 p.m. Mutual aid was summoned to the scene of a possible medical emergency on Concord Street. Patrol had a negative find.
4:13 a.m. A motor vehicle was found abandoned in the woods at Curve and Martin Streets. It was towed later, with its owner at the scene.
9:27 a.m. Patrol kept the peace on Westford Street while a person under a restraining order returned to get personal items.
10:37 a.m. A Lowell Street resident reported a lost or stolen front plate.
12:04 p.m. A Concord Street resident reported a small gasoline spill.
12:54 p.m. A warning ticket was left for the operator of a vehicle parked in the fire lane at the school.
12:54 a.m. Seventeen- and eighteen-year-old youths were arrested at Church Street and the Wilkins Building, after officers Booth and Skinner investigated a burglar alarm at the school. They were charged with breaking and entering in the night time, intent to commit a misdemeanor, larceny under $250, and trespassing. They were bailed and taken to court on July 28.
9 a.m. A restraining order was served at the station.

5:12 p.m. The fire department investigated a report of alarm activation at a Lowell Street residence.
2:26 a.m. A 69-year-old man fell and was taken to the hospital.
9:22 p.m. A 55-year-old man with chest pain was taken to the hospital, with ALS assistance at the scene.
1:49 a.m. A 24-year-old man was stung by a bee and had an allergic reaction. He was taken to the hospital, with ALS assistance at the scene.
3:02 a.m. A caller reported a one-car vehicle accident with injuries on South Street. Transport to the hospital was provided.
12:47 a.m. A man who complained of feeling dizzy was taken to the hospital.
6:44 p.m. ALS assisted at the scene with a 75-year-old man having difficulty breathing. He was taken to rhe hospital.
5:56 p.m. A Forest Park Drive resident reported gasoline leaking from a vehicle.
6:46 a.m. A tree took down wires on Estabrook Road.
8:33 a.m. A 90-year-old man fell and bumped his head. He was taken to the hospital.
