This year's edition of Old Home Day's annual road races was quite a relief from last year's high heat and humidity. A record 178 runners completed the two races: 51 runners in the 5-mile race at 7:30 a.m. (10 female), and a record 127 in the 1-mile race at 8:30 (57 female).
