February 10

7:07 a.m. DPW was asked to pick up a deer on the side of the Concord Street roadway.

8:57 a.m. A complaint was made about the misuse of the handicapped parking spot at the Robbins Link Building at the Carlisle Public Schools. The caller was advised.

2:05 p.m. A trail sign at Lowell Street and the ski barn was reported possibly stolen.

3:40 p.m. Patrol was present at the scene of a medical emergency.

February 11

1:30 a.m. Patrol secured an unlocked door on Westford Street.

10:10 a.m. A detail officer was ordered for a truck in the roadway at East Street and East Riding Drive.

12:30 p.m. A two-car accident occurred at North Road and the canoe launch. There were no injuries.

1:59 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department on Maple Street.

3:50 p.m. A well-being check was requested for an Ember Lane resident because of newspapers accumulating at the residence.

February 12

7:37 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

3:03 p.m. A complaint was received about misuse of the handicapped parking space at the Robbins Link Building.

11:31 p.m. A vehicle was stopped at Lowell Street and the Ski Barn and the operator subsequently arrested for driving with a revoked vehicle license and driving an uninspected vehicle. He will be summonsed.

February 13

11:56 a.m. DPW was advised of a box in the roadway on Concord Street.

2:39 p.m. A vehicle was stopped on Westford Street and the operator subsequently arrested for driving with a revoked license and giving a false name to a police officer. He was held at the station until he could be taken to court the following day.

February 14

8:55 a.m. A complaint was received about misuse of the handicapped parking space at the Robbins Link Building.

4:53 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of an alarm activation on School Street.

8:17 p.m. Patriol assisted at a school dance at the Corey Building.

February 16

2:11 p.m. An erratic operator was reported at Concord Street and the Concord line. He was found and checked okay.

9:30 p.m. A stolen license plate was reported.

February 17

9:44 a.m. A child's car seat was installed at the police station.

1:33 p.m. NStar was advised of a limb on the wires.

4:50 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a house lockout on Litchfield Drive.

5:25 p.m. A house lockout was reported on South Street. The reporting party subsequently found a spare key.

10 p.m. The owner of a vehicle parked on Nickles Lane during the storm was asked to move it.

February 18

9:21 a.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Lowell Street.

February 19

8:01 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

10:03 a.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Church Street.

5:18 p.m. Mailbox vandalism was reported on Rockland Road.

February 20

4:56 p.m. Two cars hit their mirrors in passing at Brook Street and Timothy Lane.

February 21

5:31 p.m. Two horses loose on Brook Street were recovered.

8:11 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

February 22

7:08 a.m. DPW was advised of a dumped bathroom appliance at Bedford Road and the Bedford line.

10:01 a.m. DPW was advised of trash dumping at Bedford Road and the Bedford line.

4:58 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a fire alarm on Davis Road.

February 23

1:48 p.m. A Rutland Street resident reported a missing mailbox.

3:39 p.m. A resident about whom there was a psychiatric concern was transported to Emerson Hospital.

3:41 p.m. EMTs were called for a ten-year-old boy at the Gleason Library who had a nosebleed and was vomiting. Transportation to the hospital was refused by a responsible adult and therefore was not provided.

February 11

2 p.m. A Maple Street caller reported smoke on the second floor.

February 12

7:35 a.m. A 45-year-old man fell and lacerated his scalp. He was taken to the hospital.

February 14

1:39 p.m. ALS assisted at the scene with a 42-year-old male resident who was unresponsive. He was taken to Emerson Hospital.

4:54 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at a School Street residence.

6:18 p.m. Concord Fire Department requested an engine for a box alarm at the Middlesex School in Concord.

11:32 p.m. Concord Fire Department requested an engine for a box alarm at the Middlesex School in Concord.

February 19

8:01 a.m. An 89-year-old woman was reported to be unresponsive. ALS assisted at the scene and the woman was taken to the hospital.

February 20

12:22 p.m. Concord Fire Department requested an engine for a box alarm at the Middlesex School in Concord.

February 21

8:11 p.m. Medical assistance was requested for a man with pain in the upper leg. No transport was furnished.

February 22

4:57 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at a Davis Road residence.

February 23

3:53 p.m. Medical assistance was requested because of a psychiatric concern about a 45-year-old woman. She was taken to Emerson Hospital.
