February 3

9:12 a.m. Westford Street resident reported threatening phone calls.

1:03 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

8:26 p.m. An elderly female was reported missing and was found okay.

9:10 p.m. A disabled vehicle at Lowell Street and Wolf Rock Road was waiting for AAA to arrive.

9:15 p.m. Carlisle requested mutual aid from Bedford for an elderly man who was looking for Route 128.

9:15 p.m. A vehicle in a snow bank on Bedford Road was removed by the operator.

February 4

10:40 a.m. A disabled vehicle at Westford and Church Streets was removed from the roadway until help arrived.

10:17 p.m. DPW was notified of icy roads.

February 5

3:48 a.m. Patrol removed a tree blocking the roadway on Westford Street.

10:32 a.m. A dog in traffic on West Street was returned to its home.

11:14 a.m. Patrol checked Town Hall.

11:42 a.m. Patrol checked Town Hall.

February 6

10:12 a.m. A disabled vehicle at Westford and Cross Streets was found to be waiting for a tow to arrive.

2:54 p.m. A School Street resident requested legal advice about a problem which was determined to be a civil matter.

11:29 p.m. Patrol assisted an elderly couple on Forest Park Drive.

February 7

2:21 a.m. Patrol found an unsecured door at the fire station on Westford Street and secured it.

3:15 a.m. DPW was notified of road conditions.

9:40 a.m. A Westford woman became trapped in her vehicle as a result of a two-car accident on Concord Street. A breaker bar was used to release her and she was taken to Emerson Hospital with minor injuries.

10:16 a.m. Patrol assisted Concord Police in shutting down Monument Street temporarily because of a vehicle accident.

11:21 a.m. Patrol provided cover for a delivery van that was creating a traffic hazard at Cross and South Streets.

11:27 a.m. A vehicle accident without personal injury occurred on River Road. The vehicle was winched out.

12:32 p.m. A two-car vehicle accident was reported at Concord Street and the Concord line. Patrol had a negative find.

1:58 p.m. A hit-and-run vehicle struck a fence on Westford Street. The operator was subsequently identified.

3:15 p.m. A vehicle accident without personal injury occurred at North Road and the canoe launch.

4:28 p.m. A vehicle in a snow bank at Concord Street and the Concord line was moved.

4:39 p.m. A disabled vehicle at Concord Street and Buttrick Lane was moved.

9:02 p.m. A vehicle stuck in the snow on Cutter's Ridge Road was moved.

February 8

1:14 a.m. Howling dogs were reported on Acton Street. Patrol had a negative find.

10:42 a.m. A message was delivered on Davis Road.

12:25 p.m. A mailbox on School Street was damaged.

3:04 p.m. A vehicle in a snowbank on South Street was removed.

3:26 p.m. DPW was notified of an icy roadway at Cross and South Streets.

5 p.m. DPW was requested to plow at Acton Street and Heald Road.

5:19 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a dispute between two parties on Bedford Road. The dispute was resolved by the participants.

February 9

12:43 p.m. A Lowell resident was stopped at Lowell Street and the ski barn and determined to be operating without a license.

1:04 p.m. Emergency services were required for a 90-year-old woman who was taken to Emerson hospital with ALS support at the scene.

February 6

9 a.m. Concord fire department requested an engine for a box alarm at Middlesex School in Concord.

February 7

9:41 a.m. A caller reported a two-car accident with entrapment and personal injury on Concord Street. The injured woman was taken to the hospital.

4:12 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at a Stearns Street residence.

February 8

12:41 p.m. An audible smoke alarm was reported on Fiske Street.

February 9

2:42 p.m. A West Street caller reported a carbon monoxide alarm activation.
