7:21 a.m. A mailbox on Clark Farm Road was vandalized.
9:07 a.m. A second mailbox on Clark Farm Road was reported vandalized.
9:44 a.m. A Prospect Street resident reported a sign run over. The matter is under investigation.
12:56 p.m. A Heald Road resident reported someone had made charges on his credit card.
6:25 p.m. A resident reported a dog bite by a neighbor's dog.
6:30 p.m. A mailbox on North Road was vandalized.
1:52 p.m. A complaint was received about an illegal sign in the rotary, one which advertised the Concord/Carlisle Community Chest pumpkin festival. Not only had the event occurred two days previously, but the sign was illegally displayed under the town by-laws.
5:35 p.m. NStar was notified of a tree on the wires on South Street.
8:34 a.m. A minor vehicle accident, without personal injuries, occurred on Concord Street.
9:09 a.m. DPW was advised of limbs in the roadway on Concord Street.
9:13 A.M. DPW and NStar were advised of a tree across the roadway on Brook Street.
9:28 a.m. NStar was advised of a tree on the wires at Church Street and the Wilkins Building.
9:43 a.m. DPW removed a tree from the roadway at Acton Street and Koning Farm Road.
10:33 a.m. A Laurelwood Drive resident reported a raccoon in the storm drain. Patrol had a negative find.
12:58 p.m. A well-being check was made on a Church Street resident.
3:57 p.m. A possibly lost or stolen scooter was picked up on Stearns Street.
5:20 p.m. An East Street resident reported possible oil or sewer runoff in the roadway. Patrol found the situation checked okay.
7:40 p.m. NStar was advised that wires on Old North Road were arcing.
8:37 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a fire alarm on Old North Road.
4:02 p.m. A company on Bedford Road reported an element to their telephone system had been stolen.
4:05 p.m. An overdue juvenile was found okay.
4:18 p.m. A vehicle accident occurred at Bedford Road and Stearns Street.
11:02 p.m. DPW was notified of bags of cement in the roadway at Westford and Cross Streets.
11:44 p.m. Suspicious noises led to an investigation that resulted in the arrest of a local man for assault and battery.
12:45 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a medical emergency.
6:29 a.m. A Pheasant Hill Lane resident reported popping noises and no power. NStar was advised.
1:17 p.m. A suspicious item was found on West Street.
2:32 p.m. NStar was advised of a blown transformer on Lowell Street.
6:02 p.m. A truck parked at a construction site at Hart Farm Road and Curve Street checked okay.
12:09 p.m. Patrol investigated a broken car window and possible theft from two cars parked at North Road and the canoe launch.
7:35 p.m. Screams were reported in the area of Lowell Street and Elizabeth Ridge Road. Patrol had a negative find.
9:31 p.m. A Westford Street resident reported political signs had been removed from his property.

4:13 p.m. A vehicle accident was reported at Bedford Road and the Bedford line. The call was cancelled because it was determined the accident was located in Bedford.
9:08 p.m. A 56-year-old man with difficulty breathing was taken to the hospital by ambulance, with ALS assistance at the scene.
7:41 p.m. Arcing wires were reported on Old North Road.
8:36 a.m. An alarm company reported smoke detector activation at a North Road residence.
6:51 p.m. The ambulance was called to take a resident for a psychiatric commitment.
12:46 a.m. EMTs were called to evaluate a domestic assault victim. No transport was necessary.
9:18 p.m. A resident was taken by ambulance for a psychiatric commitment at Emerson Hospital.
12:50 p.m. A 72-year-old woman who was feeling ill was taken to the hospital.
6:35 p.m. An alarm company reported smoke detector activation at a South Street residence.
