Community input sought in CCHS superintendent search
As part of the superintendent search process for the Concord and Concord-Carlisle Regional School systems, the following focus groups have been scheduled:
• CCHS parents can comment on Tuesday, October 9, from 7:30 to 9 p.m. in the CCHS library.
• Retired teachers and staff can give their comments on Wednesday, October 10, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Ripley.
• Any community member can comment on Monday, October 21, from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at 141 Keyes Road (Concord Town Office building, first floor conference room).
The purpose of the focus groups is to get community input into the qualities we should seek in the search for a new superintendent of schools. Each focus group will be run by an experienced facilitator. Anyone interested is encouraged to attend the appropriate focus group. An RSVP is appreciated, by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, which references your name and which group you will attend, or by phone to 1-978-318-1510, x110.
Anyone who cannot attend a session but would like to send comments may do so. The input should focus on the attributes and experience you would like to see in a new superintendent and important tasks to be addressed within the system. Comments can be e-mailed to email@example.com or mailed to Superintendent Search, Ripley Building, 120 Meriam Road, Concord, MA 01742.
