1:18 p.m. A past vehicle accident on Bedford Road was logged.
3:21 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.
5:17 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a vehicle accident at Westford Street and Munroe Hill Road. A person with personal injury was transported to Emerson Hospital.
9:55 p.m. A resident reported a past assault in Concord and Concord Police were advised.
8:48 a.m. Container trucks blocking traffic on South Street were advised.
10:37 a.m. A tree limb on Lowell Street was reported on the wires.
12:20 p.m. Patrol assisted DPW at the scene of a tree removal on Lowell Street.
2:37 p.m. A man was reported spray painting on the road at Curve and Lowell Streets. It was determined that he was making signs for a bike race.
5:45 p.m. A suspicious male and female on Berry Corner Lane were advised.
11:27 p.m. The operator of a disabled vehicle on Westford Street reported help was on the way.
6:34 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.
8:07 a.m. A suspicious white van on Lowell Street was determined to be operated by a workman waiting for the contractor to arrive.
9:10 a.m. A suspicious white van reported on Bingham Road was also determined to be waiting for a contractor to arrive.
4:01 p.m. A Lowell resident with concern about her husband's well-being called the Carlisle Police because she thought he might be in the state park. The man was found okay by the Lowell Police.
5:02 p.m. A complaint about a bicyclist entering the rotary and cutting off a car resulted in the bicyclist being advised by patrol. Bicyclists must follow the same rules of the road as other vehicles.
5:23 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on River Road.
5:33 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Virginia Farme Lane.
7:10 p.m. A well-being check was made on a Baldwin Road resident.
11:25 a.m. Patrol assisted with medical transport to Emerson Hospital.
3:28 p.m. A minor vehicle accident occurred at Bedford Road and the rotary.
5:41 a.m. NStar was notified of a power outage at Heald Road and Berry Corner Road.
9:01 a.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Concord Street.
10:13 a.m. A message was delivered to a Kimball Road resident.
12:52 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of medical transport to Lahey Clinic.
3:15 p.m. A 51A child abuse report was filed by the Carlisle Police. The situation is under continued investigation.
3:35 p.m. A family argument on Kimball Road was resolved by the parties involved.
1:16 p.m. Illegal dumping on Woodbine Road was discovered and investigated.
2:46 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency and transport.
11:38 a.m. People in the roadway at Lowell Street and the ski barn were directing traffic and advised by patrol.
11:45 a.m. A tree blocking the roadway at Westford and Curve Streets was removed by patrol.
2:46 p.m. A person stopping traffic at Lowell Street and the ski barn was advised.
8:57 p.m. A lost pocketbook was logged.

5:18 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle accident with personal injury at Westford Street and Munroe Hill Road.
6:37 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation on Westford Street.
6:35 a.m. An 87-year-old woman having difficulty breathing was taken to the hospital by ambulance, with ALS assistance at the scene.
11:23 a.m. A 33-year-old woman with severe abdominal pain was taken to the hospital, with ALS assistance at the scene.
12:33 p.m. A 70-year-old woman with chest pains was taken to Emerson Hospital, with ALS assistance at the scene.
2:39 p.m. A 76-year-old man who was unresponsive after falling from his wheelchair was taken to the hospital by ambulance. ALS assisted at the scene.
