9:19 a.m. The roof of the Spalding School building was vandalized over the weekend. Some of the shingles were torn off. The incident is under investigation.
4:20 p.m. A Westford Street resident reported a past breaking and entering. She had been away for the weekend and returned to find the door open, a window broken and about $1,500 in cash missing. The case continues under investigation.
7:31 a.m. A possibly injured dog on Lowell Street was identified and returned to its owner.
5:11 p.m. Patrol removed a tree from the roadway at Westford and Curve Streets.
9:05 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene where a water hose broke and a woman received second degree burns. She was taken to the hospital.
5:35 p.m. A vehicle accident reported on Bedford Road was determined to be in Bedford. Bedford Police were notified and Carlisle's patrol stood by until they arrived at the scene.
9:01 a.m. Carlisle dispatch received a BOLO (Be on the lookout ) call from Billerica Police regarding a suicidal woman who might have been heading to Carlisle. Carlisle's search was negative and the woman was later reported okay in South Lowell.
9:56 a.m. A child's car seat was installed at the police station.
11:02 a.m. A New Hampshire man was stopped on River Road and subsequently arrested for operating on a suspended license and on an outstanding warrant for speeding from the Lowell District Court.
10:13 p.m. A School Street resident who had received several suspicious phone calls was advised of the *69 procedure. A *69 call generated identification of the caller.
8:41 p.m. Patrol removed a tree from the roadway at Bedford and Skelton Roads.
11:57 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a civil dispute on School Street.
7:24 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a traffic dispute at East Street and Orchard Acres Drive.
1:26 p.m. A backhoe was found parked on the island at Curve and Martin Streets. It was determined that the equipment was parked there for the weekend and would be moved on Monday. The equipment owners were also informed that the vehicle should have been registered at the registry.
1:48 p.m. A Concord resident reported damage to a vehicle that was parked in Carlisle the previous evening.
3:13 a.m. A tree blocking the roadway on Brook Street was removed by patrol.
6:04 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of an alarm on Concord Street.
8:18 a.m. Patrol monitored one-way traffic at Bedford Road and Church Street.
4:26 p.m. An operator pulled over on Bedford Road in front of the library and damaged some of the landscaping loam that had just been laid down. The damage was repaired.
7:11 p.m. A disabled vehicle on Westford Street and Virginia Farme Lane reported AAA help was en route.
7:55 p.m. A caller reported cars going the wrong way on Church Street.
9:22 a.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a lockout on Maple Street.
7:06 p.m. NStar was advised of a loud bang near where a transformer is located at River Road and Skelton Road.
7:23 p.m. NStar was advised of loud bangs on River Road.
A Curve Street resident reported a past breaking and entering. Someone had entered the house and stolen credit cards in mid-August. The theft was not discovered until the credit card bill was received. The matter is under investigation.
12:03 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a medical emergency and transportation to Emerson Hospital.
2:41 p.m. A tree hanging over the roadway at Lowell Street and Old North Road was removed.
5:32 p.m. A branch in the roadway at West Street and Pope Road created a traffic hazard and it was removed.
8:55 p.m. A vehicle lockout was reported on Bedford Road and AAA was notified.
5:26 a.m. Patrol removed as much as possible of a tree across Acton Street at the Acton line and DPW was notified to remove the rest.
9:44 a.m. A contractor reported vandalism at a job site on Stearns Street where illegal dumping had occured.
1:45 p.m. A police officer from another town reported suspicious activity of an older man and a young child on Bedford Road. The situation was investigated and checked out okay.
3 a.m. Ramsey, N.J. police requested assistance in locating the owner of a car involved in a hit-and-run accident that was registered to a Carlisle resident.
12:05 p.m. A dead bird was reported at School Street and the First Religious Society.
12:10 p.m. Kids in the roadway at East and Rutland Streets were advised.
8:23 a.m. A stolen vehicle was recovered at Bedford Road and the boat launch. The vehicle was registered to a Revere resident.
9:34 p.m. A complaint was received about noise at School Street and the First Religious Society. The band making the noise was leaving the scene and the situation was resolved.

12:12 p.m. A party involved in a vehicle accident on Bedford Road complained of neck pain and was taken to Emerson Hospital.
9:18 p.m. A caller who reported possible second degree burns from hot water was taken to the hospital.
2:24 p.m. A South Street caller reported a truck broke a hydraulic line in her driveway.
6:04 a.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at a Concord Street residence.
1:31 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at an Elizabeth Ridge Road residence.
9:28 a.m. A fire crew assisted a Sunset Road resident in finding the water shutoff for a broken pipe.
10:43 a.m. Concord Fire Department requested an engine for a box alarm at the Athletic Building at Middlesex School.
12:02 p.m. A 17-year-old female, with a possible overdose, was taken to the hospital with ALS assisting at the scene.
5:32 p.m. An 89-year-old woman having breathing difficulties was taken to the hospital.
