7:41 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a medical emergency.
11:23 a.m. A two-car accident occurred on Forest Park Drive. There were no personal injuries. One car was towed.
11:40 a.m. A car went off the road on Cross Street and was winched out.
1:35 a.m The crosswalk sign on Bedford Road was damaged.
7:44 a.m. Nstar was advised of a downed power line on Cross Street.
1:09 p.m. A 20-year-old Westford resident was involved in a one-car accident on Concord Street. There was no personal injury. He was charged with speeding, driving to endanger, operating under the influence of drugs, illegal possession of a class B substance and possible attempt to distribute a class B substance, illegal possession of a class C substance and possible attempt to distribute a class C substance, illegal possession of a class E substance and possible attempt to distribute a class E substance, and receiving stolen property over $25. He took the drugs from his workplace in Concord and faces additional charges from that police department.
4:29 p.m. A van hit a child on Kimball Road. The child sustained minor injuries and was transported to Emerson Hospital. The accident was investigated and there were no charges filed.
11:37 a.m. A sick raccoon on Maple Street was put down.
8:42 p.m. A vehicle hit a deer at Concord Street and Clark Farm Road.
1:05 a.m. A domestic argument on Wolf Rock Road was resolved by the parties involved.
7:28 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department on River Road.
3:22 p.m. As a result of a routine stop, a 25-year-old Lowell man was arrested for driving with a suspended license and on an outstanding warrant. from another town.
9:16 p.m. River Road was temporarily shut down at the Concord line because of an automobile accident on Monument Street in Concord.
2:41 p.m. Patrol assisted at the residence of an agitated 15-year-old.
9:41 p.m. An elderly woman fell and needed help getting up. No transport was required.
1:23 a.m. A Fifty Acre Way resident reported harassing and threatening phone calls and was advised.
10:11 a.m. A well-being check was made on a Church Street resident.
4:32 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a medical emergency.
9:10 p.m. Patrol removed a large boulder from the roadway at Bedford Road and Church Street.
11:20 p.m. DPW was called out for icy roads.
3:48 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a medical emergency.
3:19 p.m. A well-being check was made on a Bedford Road resident who checked okay.
6:39 a.m. Police were notified of an odor investigation at Rutland Street and the Billerica line.
9:36 a.m. Police were advised that a truck accidentally backed into a stone wall on Bedford Road. The damage was worked out between the truck driver and the homeowner.
11:11 a.m. Illegal burning was reported on Hartwell Road and the person responsible advised.
12:14 p.m. A complaint was received about a dog on Brook Street, but the dog took off.
3:29 p.m. A North Road resident reported a dog having a seizure. Patrol responded but the animal died.
9:49 p.m. Parkers at Bedford Road and the boat launch were advised to move on.
11:17 p.m. Patrol removed a large rock from the roadway at West Street and the Westford line.
1:35 p.m. Patrol responded to a vehicle lockout at Morse Road and the transfer station.
3:59 p.m. DPW was advised of a street sign missing at Carleton Road and Tophet Road.
4:02 p.m. Patrol mitigated a dispute in the Foss Farm parking lot between a horse rider and a dog owner. A woman and her daughter were unloading a horse and requested the operator of a vehicle that had pulled up not to let a dog out of the car. The dog was nonetheless released, the horse was frightened and the girl was tossed.
4:07 p.m. DPW was advised of a trashbag in the road at Bedford Road and Stearns Street.
10:15 p.m. A car was stopped at Maple Street and Bedford Road. The three occupants, 17- and 19-year-old females from Concord and a 21-year-old male from Maynard will be summonsed because of minor amounts of marijuana and a pipe found in the vehicle.
8:46 a.m. Patrol advised at the scene of a dispute between neighbors on Bedford Road.
10:42 a.m. Two suspicious moving trucks reported at North Road and Rutland Street checked okay.
12:11 p.m. An unwanted female ex-employee was asked to leave a residence on Pheasant Hill Lane.
11:33 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of an odor investigation on Bedford Road.
11:49 a.m. Kimball Road residents who had gone on a trip called police to check their house for a coffeepot they thought they had left on. Patrol checked and turned the coffeepot off.
10:19 p.m. A suspicious vehicle in Lot #5 on Buttrick Lane checked okay.
11:51 p.m. A family problem on Forest Park Drive was resolved by the parties involved.
10:29 a.m. Two child car seats were installed at the police station.
12:35 p.m. A criminal complaint was filed because of a hit-and-run accident on New Year's Eve. A Carlisle youth, who was leaving a party, hit a car on the way out and didn't stop.
12:41 p.m. A wallet was found and brought to the station. The owner notified and the wallet picked up.
8:35 a.m. A 50-year-old female attempting to enter a Concord Street house was arrested after a 911 call from the resident who had heard a noise at the front door and found the woman, who claimed she had been invited to spend a week, with a key in her hand attempting to open the door. The woman was subsequently arrested for having a suspended license, defective equipment; resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer; breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor.
1:39 p.m. State Park personnel reported that two tires on each of two motor vehicles parked at North Road and the canoe launch had been punctured.
6:19 p.m. DPW was advised of a tree branch in the roadway at Curve and Fiske Streets.
6:40 p.m. The operator of a vehicle stopped at West Street and High Woods Lane will be summonsed for driving with a suspended license.
7:55 p.m. Police were advised that Nstar was cutting power because of work in the center of town.
2:49 p.m. The library elevator alarm was accidentally set off by a toddler.
11:47 a.m. A 17-year-old Bedford youth was stopped at Bedford Road and East Street and will be summonsed for driving with a suspended license.
3:43 p.m. A low haze in the area of Wesford Street and the Westford line led to the discovery of illegal burning. The responsible person was advised.
5:38 p.m. A well-being check on an elderly Berry Corner Lane resident checked okay.

7:24 a.m. A 47-year-old woman with a possible stroke was transported to Emerson Hospital, with ALS assistance at the scene.
9:47 a.m. A 76-year-old man who was bleeding was transported to Emerson Hospital by a Concord ambulance responding to Carlisle's request for mutual aid. ALS assisted at the scene.
1:20 p.m. The fire department responded to a possible motor vehicle fire at the scene of a one-car accident on Concord Street.
4:29 p.m. A six-year-old girl was struck by a van and sustained minor injuries. She was taken to Emerson Hospital by the Concord ambulance.
8:54 a.m. A box alarm was received from the Corey Building where a student had activated a dry chemical fire extinguisher, setting off smoke detectors.
7:25 a.m. A seven-year-old girl who fell and sustained a back injury was taken to Emerson by the Carlisle ambulance.
9:20 p.m. Mutual aid was requested by the Concord Fire Department at the scene of an accident with multiple injuries. The call was subsequently canceled.
9:41 p.m. Lifeline reported a 74-year-old woman fell and needed assistance getting up, but was not injured. No transport was necessary.
1:39 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at a Hartwell Road residence. The call was canceled by the alarm company.
4:33 p.m. EMTs responded to a call about a female who had fainted. No transport was provided.
3:48 a.m. A 58-year-old man having a diabetic reaction was taken to Emerson Hospital, with ALS at the scene.
10:34 a.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at a Maple Street residence.
10:53 a.m. A person needing medical care came to the firehouse and was taken to the hospital by the Carlisle ambulance.
11:30 a.m. A Bedford Road building was temporarily evacuated when the odor of gas was detected and the carbon monoxide level was high. The problem was caused by an external heater and resolved. The building was reopened later in the day.
8:29 p.m. A School Street resident reported that her oven would not shut off and was extremely hot. The carbon monoxide level was high but firemen were able to shut off the stove before a fire started.
8:38 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at a Robbins Drive residence. The alarm was triggered by a power outage.
8:03 p.m. A West Street resident reported smoke from the fireplace was entering the room.
8:22 p.m. A Russell Street resident reported the house alarm had activated, but no smoke or flame was apparent.
