December 10

1:44 a.m. An unlocked door on Westford Street was secured.

7:04 a.m. The operator of a vehicle stopped on Concord Street was discovered to have an expired license and will be summonsed.

1:55 p.m. Police assisted on Old North Road at the scene of a propane leak.

5:38 p.m. A vehicle was stopped at River Road and the Concord line. The operator will be summonsed for driving with a suspended license.

6:44 p.m. DPW was called out for icy roads.

10:53 p.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a family dispute on Westford Street.

December 11

1:39 p.m. A CCHS student reported an e-mail password was stolen. A new password was issued.

6:38 p.m. A medical well-being check was made on a Berry Corner Lane resident.

9:10 p.m. Carlisle Police assisted the Concord Police investigating a possible OUI (operating under the influence). The situation checked okay.

December 12

10:22 a.m. The speed monitor was placed at Spalding Field and Church Street.

11:49 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a house lockout on Heald Road.

December 13

1:35 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a smoke investigation on Pheasant Hill Lane.

2:04 a.m. A vehicle accident occurred at Bedford Road and Stearns Street. There were no personal injuries.

10:48 a.m. A two-car vehicle accident occurred in a driveway on Old North Road. There was a minor personal injury.

December 14

4 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a vehicle lockout on Partridge Lane.

December 15

1:07 a.m. A Concord resident was stopped at Westford and Acton Streets and determined to be driving without a license. She will be summonsed.

1:53 a.m. Minors with alcohol and with no parents present were at a party in a private home on Forest Park Drive.

1 p.m. Police received information about an upset driver at the rotary. A Carlisle resident reported a woman was upset with the way he entered the rotary.

December 16

4:32 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical call. No transport was necessary.

4:58 p.m. Patrol responded to a vehicle lockout on Lowell Street.

1:56 p.m. A caller from Old North Road reported a propane tank was leaking. The tank was shut down.

December 11

8:12 p.m. An elderly male who was ill was transported to Emerson Hospital.

December 12

10:46 a.m. Concord Fire Department requested an engine for a box alarm at Middlesex School.

December 13

1:36 a.m. A Pheasant Hill Lane caller reported an odor of smoke near the basement.

2:13 a.m. The police department requested an ambulance at the scene of a vehicle accident at Stearns Street and Bedford Road. Transportation to the hospital was provided.

10:59 a.m. A two-car vehicle accident occurred on North Road. One operator with a minor personal injury was taken to the hospital.

December 14

5:08 p.m. An alarm investigation was made at a Russell Street residence. It was determined that smoke from the fireplace had activated the alarm.

December 15

1:28 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation on Westford Street. The alarm was triggered by burnt toast.

5:18 p.m. An alarm company reported an alarm activation on School Street. It was caused by system malfunction.

9:06 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at the same residence as the last entry. The alarm was due to system malfunction.

December 16

4:33 p.m. EMTs responded to a medical call and determined no transport was necessary.

10:53 p.m. Concord requested an engine for a chimney fire on Lowell Road.
