Sun shines on Carlisle School eighth-grade graduation

All day on Friday, June 22, rain was threatening, but as evening approached the sky cleared and the weather was perfect for the Carlisle Middle School Class of 2001 graduation ceremony, held outdoors on the school plaza. The 92 graduating eighth graders, dressed up in jackets, ties and fancy dresses and led by seventh-grade marshalls Ben Brewer and Priya Ramanathan, processed to their seats to the strains of Pomp and Circumstance played by the junior and senior bands. ..more
