June 11

7:06 a.m. to 9:36 a.m. A selective traffic enforcement detail at West and Acton Streets resulted in 39 stops for speeding in a 25 mph zone. The average speed of vehicles stopped was 40 mph. Five officers were assigned to the detail and $4,045 was assessed in fines.

6:54 p.m. The fire department and NStar were notified of a gas leak on Buttrick Lane.

June 12

9:38 a.m. A Concord resident was stopped on Lowell Street and determined to be driving with a suspended license. The party will be summonsed.

2:05 p.m. Kids were found jumping in front of cars on Orchard Acres Drive. Their parents were advised.

2:10 p.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a lockout at Lowell Street and the ski barn.

4:45 p.m. A deceased rabbit was reported on Brook Street.

8:01 p.m. A Brook Street resident who reported the possible ingestion of Skintastic was referred to poison control.

8:16 p.m. An injured goose reported on Concord Street was dead on patrol's arrival.

10:20 p.m. A Lowell Street resident reported a bat in the house. Patrol had a negative find.

June 13

12:08 a.m. A vehicle was reported possibly driving over lawns on Curve Street.

12:15 p.m. A credit card was found on Westford Street and the owner notified.

June 14

9:35 a.m. A Sunset Road resident reported a sick crow and was advised.

1:25 p.m. Two stray dogs found on Concord Street were picked up by the owner.

8:11 p.m. A Curve Street resident reported an antique lawn ornament was vandalized.

8:40 p.m. A minor motor vehicle accident occurred on Church Street.

June 15

12:43 a.m. Persons at a loud party on School Street were advised.

June 16

12:12 a.m. Patrol responded to an alarm at a secured home and found a 17-year-old girl intoxicated. Her parents were away. She reported drinking at Carlisle Castle and patrol subsequently found empty beer cans there.

10:30 a.m. A bike patrol was assigned to North Road and the Duck Pond.

2:44 p.m NStar was notified of a power outage in the town.

10:17 p.m. There was a complaint of a barking dog on East Meadow Lane. The owner was notified and the dog brought in.

June 17

2:08 a.m. Patrol removed broken glass from the roadway at East Street and East Riding Drive.

8:49 a.m. A deceased cat was found at Cross Street and Fielding Farm Drive. A message was left for DPW.

12:41 p.m. Police assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical alert.

1:06 p.m. Police assisted the fire department at the scene of a natural gas alarm on Aberdeen Drive.

1:54 p.m. An arcing wire caused a power outage on Old North Road. The fire department and NStar were advised.
FLOWN THE COOP. The residents of this mailbox post on Kimball Road have successfully vacated the premises, thanks to the careful ministrations of neighbors.

9:23 p.m. A 77-year-old woman with a pill lodged in her throat was taken to the hospital.

June 13

10:46 a.m. A 53-year-old woman having chest pains was taken to the hospital, with ALS assistance at the scene.

June 16

3:56 p.m. Non-emergency medical assistance was given to a Heald Road resident.

4:58 p.m. An 85-year-old woman having difficulty breathing was taken to the hospital, with ALS assistance at the scene.

June 17

12:42 p.m. An alarm company advised of a medic alert activation on West Street.

1:08 p.m. An Aberdeen Drive resident reported a natural gas alarm activation.

1:55 p.m. An Old North Road caller reported a wire arcing on trees.

4 p.m. A West Street resident having trouble with a sump pump called for assistance.

5:57 p.m. The Concord Fire Department requested assistance for a box alarm at Middlesex School.
