March 19

6:54 a.m. A Lowell Street resident reported broken car windows.

7:16 a.m. A Bedford Road resident reported broken car windows.

8:48 a.m. Patrol was successful at the scene of a house lockout on Westford Street.

5 p.m. The Concord Fire Department was notified of a gas odor at River Road and the Concord line.

March 20

6:45 p.m. DPW was advised of a low hanging branch on Maple Street.

March 21

2:17 a.m. Keyspan was advised of a gas odor on Westford Street.

11:55 a.m. A complaint about a past dog bite was referred to the dog officer.

March 22

7:11 a.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a water problem on Ember Lane.

7:38 a.m. DPW was notified of a stream crossing the roadway on South Street.

7:48 a.m. DPW was notified of a flooded roadway at Milne Cove Road and Laurelwood Drive.

8:08 a.m. Water coming from the conduit on a light pole at Concord Street and Buttrick Lane was investigated and not considered a hazard.

8:28 a.m. Patrol helped push a disabled vehicle off the roadway at West Street and Log Hill Road.

8:31 a.m. A damaged stone wall was reported on Kimball Road and it was determined that it was probable plow damage.

2:02 p.m. DPW was advised of a large puddle in the roadway at Spalding Field and Church Street.

4:14 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a water problem on Stoney Gate.

4:29 p.m. DPW was advised about the amount of water on the roadway on River Road.

5:05 p.m. Patrol checked the area at North Road and the canoe launch because of a concern about flooding.

5:31 p.m. A resident concerned about the depth of water on the South Street roadway was advised.

5:58 p.m. Several road closures were ordered in Carlisle.

6:29 p.m. Dispatch checked on the location of fire department pumps.

6:38 p.m. Russell Street was closed.

7 p.m. A cell phone was found at Milne Cove Road and Laurelwood Drive and an attempt made to notify the owner.

10:09 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene of a water problem on Sunset Road.

March 23

2:50 p.m. Patrol assisted the fire department at the scene on Berry Corner Lane where smoke was reported in the basement.

6:19 p.m. Patrol responded and advised at the scene of a possible domestic situation on Long Ridge Road.

March 24

10:07 a.m. A citation was issued for speeding subsequent to a road rage incident between two Billerica residents. One party was going 20 mph and the other tailgated and was verbally abusive. When patrol arrived, the tailgating car took off and was cited for speeding.

5:00 p.m. The fire department handled a water problem in a Robbins Drive basement.

9:52 p.m. Curve and Fiske Streets were patrolled for possible vandalism

10:07 Bedford Road and Maple Street were patrolled for possible vandalism.

March 25

2:04 a.m. DPW was notified of icy roads.

9:39 a.m. The fire department handled a water problem on Acton Street.

3:05 p.m. A motorcyle operator was stopped and arrested at Lowell Street and Old North Road. He was charged with speeding, negligent operation, having an uninsured vehicle, having an unregistered vehicle and for failure to stop for an officer. He took off when patrol approached and was apprehended when he turned and the bike fell over. He was subsequently bailed pending his appearance in court.

9:08 p.m. Bedford Road and Stearns Street were patrolled for possible vandalism.

10:12 p.m. Curve and Fiske Streets were patrolled for possible vandalism.

March 22

7:07 a.m. on March 22 through 2:57 a.m. on March 23. The fire department performed 21 basement pumpouts.

March 23

2:19 a.m. A caller reported a possible fire alarm at a Lowell Street residence.

8:09 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. The Carlisle Fire Department performed six basement pumpouts due to a severe rainstorm.

2:37 p.m. Concord Fire Department requested mutual aid for a box alarm at Hallowell dorm at Middlesex School.

2:50 p.m. A Berry Corner Lane resident reported smoke in the basement, probably from the burner.

March 24

1:28 p.m. A Westford Street resident reported four inches of water in the basement.

213 p.m. An East Riding Drive resident reported 11 inches of water in the basement and a pump was left to pump it out.

5:09 p.m. A Robbins Drive resident reported water in the basement.

March 25

9:40 a.m. An Acton Street resident reported a water problem.

3:08 p.m. A medical problem was reported at Proctor and Lowell Streets. No transport was required.

6:41 p.m. A Woodbine Road resident reported six inches of water in the basement. The water was pumped.

March 26

8:33 a.m. A pump was left at the home of a West Street resident who reported water in the basement.

9:30 a.m. Firemen investigated a fire alarm, which was due to malfunctioning.

3:33 p.m. A resident with a heart attack was taken to Lahey Clinic. ALS assistance was given at the scene.

9:29 p.m. Emergency personnnel responded to a vehicle accident at Westford and Cross Streets. No transport was necessary.
