February 5

10:09 a.m. A utility company in the roadway on West Street created a traffic hazard and a detail was called.

10:18 a.m. DPW was advised of trash in the roadway at Curve Street and Hutchins Road.

12:39 p.m. The owner of horses loose on Fiske Street was notified.

2:05 p.m. A vehicle that was off the road at East Street and Ice Pond Road was assisted by a passing unit from Carlisle fire department.

2:56 p.m. A spin-out accident occurred on Concord Street. There was no personal injury and the vehicle was winched out.

5:36 p.m. A vehicle became stuck on a hill at Westford Street and the Westford line.

5:38 p.m. A disabled vehicle reported on Ember Lane was gone on patrol's arrival.

6:02 p.m. DPW assisted a vehicle stuck on Westford Street.

6:07 p.m. DPW assisted a vehicle disabled at Concord Street and Bingham Road.

6:08 p.m. A vehicle became disabled at Acton Street and Heald Road and had to be towed.

6:09 p.m. A car became stuck at North Road and the canoe launch. DPW sanded it out.

6:15 p.m. Glare ice conditions caused the road at Westford and Church Streets to be closed while DPW sanded it.

7:20 p.m. A vehicle stuck on a hill on Westford Street was assisted.

7:55 p.m. A vehicle became stuck in a drive on Judy Farm Road; AAA was called.

8:20 p.m. A vehicle stuck on North Road was removed by the operator's wife.

9:38 p.m. A vehicle slid off the road on Westford Street and was winched out.

9:30 p.m. There were no personal injuries at a vehicle accident on East Street.

10:11 p.m. A mailbox on Nathan Lane was hit.

February 6

7:13 a.m. A possible disabled vehicle at Concord Street and Buttrick Lane was assisted.

7:40 a.m. Damage to a mail box on Heald Road was reported and logged.

9:53 a.m. NStar was notified of a power outage on Maple Street.

11:06 a.m. Cable wires were down and moved off the roadway on River Road. The cable company was advised.

12:36 p.m. A man shoveling onto the roadway on Bedford Road was advised.

4:09 p.m. Carlisle police assisted Concord police at Concord Street and the Concord line. They had a negative find for a suspicious vehicle.

4:42 p.m. A well-being check was made on a Berry Corner Lane resident and the situation was OK.

6:43 p.m. A suspicious tow truck reported on Elizabeth Ridge Road was gone on patrol's arrival.

February 7

9:24 a.m. A Carlisle dog was returned to its owner on Curve Street.

5:17 p.m. Patrol assisted a disabled vehicle at the scene at West Street and Pope Road.

5:55 p.m. Patrol assisted Westford police with a vehicle fire at Westford Street and the Westford line.

6:10 p.m. Patrol responded at the scene of a vehicle lockout on East Street.

9:40 p.m. An unwanted person at a South Street residence was advised.

10:05 p.m. Patrol assisted with medical transport from Bedford Road to Emerson hospital.

February 8

7:42 a.m. A Curve Street resident who received an e-mail message to transfer funds reported a possible Internet scam. The incident continues under investigation.

7:44 a.m. DPW was notified of a snow bank blocking the view of traffic at Cross and South Streets.

7:50 a.m. A complaint was received about a vehicle blocking the intersection at Baldwin and Woodridge Roads.

11 a.m. A Bedford Road elevator alarm was accidentally triggered by a toddler.

11:34 a.m. Patrol provided cover for DPW while they knocked down some snow piles at Concord and South Streets.

7:35 p.m. A vehicle went off the roadway at Curve and Westford Streets and requested a tow.

7:38 p.m. A vehicle accident without personal injury occurred at Westford and Cross Streets.

7:39 p.m. DPW was notified of road conditions.

7:46 p.m. A vehicle slid into the patrol car at Westford and Cross Street and hit the bumper.

7:59 p.m. A vehicle slid into another vehicle at Westford and Cross Streets.

11:04 p.m. Patrol assisted a vehicle that slid and blocked the roadway on West Street.

February 9

2:25 a.m. Patrol assisted a vehicle stuck in the snow at North Road and McAllister Drive.

7:18 a.m. Patrol assisted at the scene of a minor vehicle accident at Brook and Maple Streets.

8:01 a.m. A West Street resident reported a suspicious package at the end of the driveway. It was subsequently determined to be a plastic bag full of beer cans.

1:52 p.m. Patrol delivered a message at a Bedford Road residence.

4:23 p.m. A deceased animal was removed from the yard of an Ember Lane residence.

6:48 p.m. A restraining order was served on South Street.

February 10

7:20 a.m. DPW was notified of a fallen street sign at Bedford Road and East Street.

12:03 p.m. Residents requested legal advice on what was determined to be a civil matter.

1:54 p.m. NStar was notified of wires down at East Street and East Riding Drive.

3:20 p.m. NStar was notified of a pine tree leaning on the wires on Martin Street.

5 p.m. DPW was requested to respond to icy road conditions at Bedford Road and Maple Street as soon as possible.

5:05 p.m. Police assisted at the scene on Bedford Road and Maple Street where a person injured in an accident was transferred to Emerson hospital.

5:15 p.m. A vehicle hit a rock in the roadway at School Street and Bellows Hill Road and was involved in an accident.

5:15 p.m. Patrol assisted a disabled vehicle at the station.

7:01 p.m. Police checked on the well-being of a dog in the pound on Morse Road.

7:07 p.m. The parties involved in a domestic dispute on Laurelwood Drive were advised.

10:26 p.m. NStar was advised of wires arcing on wires on Judy Farm Road. The situation was handled by the fire department.

February 11

1:02 a.m. A tree was on the wires on Martin Street. Lewis tree company cut it down.

1:31 a.m. Patrol checked the dog pound where a heater had been left on for an impounded dog.

5:24 a.m. A Carlisle resident notified police that a Westford friend had taken a medical overdose. Westford police were notified.

12:01 p.m. A suspicious person was found in a Sunday school room on School Street.

12:26 p.m. DPW was advised of a missing or stolen speed sign.

4:34 p.m. An injured seagull was reported on Hartwell Road. The area was checked with a negative find.

11:09 p.m. DPW was advised of a large pothole at East Street and Carroll Drive.

February 6

7:32 p.m. A report was received from North Road and Lowell Street that a skier had fallen and injured her knee. She was gone on patrol's arrival.

11:11 p.m. Concord Fire Department requested medical assistance at the scene of a head-on collision at Lowell Road and Westford Street. Transportation to the hospital was furnished.

February 7

6:16 p.m. A West Street resident with a possible broken leg was taken to the hospital.

10:07 p.m. An 18-year-old female with a possible overdose was taken to the hospital, with ALS assistance at the scene.

February 8

3:44 p.m. An oil company on the site at a North Road residence reported fire alarm activation.

February 9

1:38 p.m. A Hemlock Hill Road resident reported carbon monoxide alarm activation.

6:54 p.m. A Prospect Street caller reported the odor of smoke outside.
