Cleven says thanks

To the Editor:

I want to sincerely thank all those constituents and others who called, sent get-well cards and otherwise wished me an early recovery from my recent hospitalization. Your kind words and thoughts were an inspiration to me, and I am certain played an important part in my recovery.

Wednesday, January 3 marked the official beginning of the 182nd Biennium of the Great and General Court, and I am pleased to report that I was sworn in and am eager to resume my duties as State Representative for Chelmsford and Carlisle. Please feel free to contact me whenever the need arises. Have a happy and healthy New Year!

Heartfelt thanks

To the Editor:

Our family wants to send our heartfelt thanks to all of our firemen, police and friends for the loving help we received in our time of need and sorrow during the holidays. Best wishes to all for a happy and healthy New Year.

Police say thank-you

To the Editor:

I would like to thank all those residents who were able to contribute to our annual Christmas for Kids toy drive. Once again, your generosity was overwhelming. The toys were distributed by the Department of Social Services, Lowell office. Also, thanks to all those who brought "goodies" to the police station over the holidays.

Carlisle Police Chief

Snow removal commended
