We had a Party! All of us working on the Mosquito were invited to a Mosquito staff appreciation party on Sunday. It's that time of year when the production staff, the photographers, the reporters and the Mosquito board get a chance to "rub shoulders," chat informally and celebrate the beginning of the holiday season. It's also our way of saying "thank you" for all the long hours and hard work that people have put into the newspaper over the past year. ...more

The Boys U-11 Inter Soccer Club team finished its fall season with an outstanding record - undefeated and ranked first in Massachusetts, third in the Eastern Region and 16th nationally. The Inter Soccer Club, formerly known as the Spirit, is a Concord-based club playing in the Massachusetts Premier League (MAPLE). The club fields teams in all age levels from U-11 up. The Inter team draws players from all over the area, but 5 of the 16 U-11 boys are from Concord and Carlisle, and learned their skills in the Concord-Carlisle Youth Soccer Club program before being selected for the MAPLE team. ...more
