April 3

11:30 a.m. Credit card fraud reported by a Ledgeways resident is under investigation.

11:59 a.m. A complaint of speeding at Lowell Street and Hickory Lane was referred to the directed activity program.

10:41 p.m. Gunshots reported on Autumn Lane were determined to be fireworks next door.

April 4

7:10 a.m. A female jogger in the North Road/Rutland Street area reported a suspicious vehicle. The case is under continuing investigation.

10:25 p.m. A ferret was found on Westford Street at the Westford Line.

April 5

1:53 p.m. A Lowell Street resident reported chasing off a coyote that was harassing horses. The animal control officer responded.

4:20 p.m. A Carlisle resident notified police of a vehicle that was operating erratically on Bedford Road at River Road. Carlisle Police notified Bedford Police and followed the vehicle as far as the town line. Bedford Police subsequently arrested the operator for operating under the influence.

4:27 p.m. Police were unsuccessful at the scene of a lock-out on Brook Street.

6:34 p.m. A restraining order was served on River Road.

April 7

7:15 a.m. The animal control officer was advised of a dead deer at Concord Street and Buttrick Woods.

7:54 a.m. AAA was notified after police were unsuccessful at the scene of a vehicle lock-out at East Street and Ice Pond Road.

9:16 a.m. A gas leak at the First Religious Society was handled by the Carlisle Fire Department. The gas company was notified.

9:54 p.m. A Lowell Street resident complained of kids running through the property. The area was checked and no one was found.

April 8

1:24 p.m. A license plate was found on East Street and returned to the owner.

1:25 p.m. Police assisted at the scene of a permit fire out of control on Stearns Street.

2:20 p.m. Police assisted the fire department in sending mutual aid to Concord for a fire on Annursnac Road and the Concord line.

2:30 p.m. A tree blocking the roadway at Lowell Street and Proctor Road was removed.

2:50 p.m. The department of public works (DPW) was notified of a tree in the roadway at Heald Road and South Street.

3:11 p.m. Boston Edison was notified of a power outage on Tophet Road.

3:30 p.m. DPW was advised of a tree down and partially blocking the roadway on Peter Hans Road.

3:46 p.m. Boston Edison was advised of a pole leaning on a tree at River Road and Foss Way.

10:23 p.m. A tree was reported down at Buttrick Woods and Concord Street.

April 9

7:44 a.m. DPW was advised of a tree in the roadway at Lowell Street and North Road.

10:50 a.m. DPW removed a large limb dangling over Concord Street.

2:12 p.m. Police assisted the fire department at the scene of a medical emergency.

April 7

9:16 a.m. A caller reported the odor of natural gas at the First Religious Society. A leak in the stove was discovered and Boston Gas was notified.

April 8

1:26 p.m. A permit fire was reported out of control on Stearns Street. Equipment returned to the station at 2:44 p.m.

2:21 p.m. Concord requested two engines to assist with a brush fire on Annursnac Hill Road in Concord. Equipment returned to the station at 6:25 p.m.

3:37 p.m. A caller reported a service pole to a house on Foss Way leaning on a tree and causing a fire. Equipment returned to the station at 6:57 p.m.

4:51 p.m. A Cross Street caller reported a pole arcing against a tree which was burning. Billerica provided mutual aid; Carlisle equipment checked the scene about 7 p.m.

April 9

8:57 p.m. A caller at the Greenough Farm Estate reported a small outside fire. A tree was smoldering after a possible lightning strike.

2:13 p.m. A young boy having a seizure was taken to the hospital with advanced life support on the air and at the scene.
