January 10

1:36 p.m. A Bell Atlantic company working on Maple Street was advised about a detail.

4:07 p.m. Carlisle furnished mutual aid to Chelmsford on Lowell Street at the town line in connection with an armed robbery in Chelmsford at a CVS store. The suspect was eventually apprehended in Chelmsford.

4:30 p.m. Sgt. Crowe of the Carlisle Police Department assisted Chelmsford police at the scene of a motor vehicle accident at Lowell Street and the Chelmsford line.

January 11

2:12 a.m. Police assisted at the scene of a medical emergency.

7:08 a.m. The department of public works (DPW) was called out because of ice on the roads causing a traffic hazard.

January 13

12:42 a.m. Patrol found an open door at a Westford Street business and secured it.

10:17 a.m. Police investigated an accident at Acton Street and Heald Road. There were no personal injuries and the car was towed.

3:10 p.m. DPW was advised of a bus stuck on the roadway because of icy conditions. DPW was also advised that more sand was needed. (See story on this page.)

3:35 p.m. There were no injuries in a vehicular accident at Concord and Church Streets. Police assisted at the scene.

5:20 p.m. Police assisted at the scene of an accident on Canterbury Court.

January 14

10:27 a.m. Police assisted at the scene of a structure fire on Old East Street.

12:18 p.m. The suspect in an assault and battery at Lot 5 Hutchins Road, was stopped by the Acton police and brought to Carlisle to be interviewed. The suspect had made a threat on January 12 and police were making regular checks of the property at the owner's request. The suspect was subsequently summonsed to court.

3:10 p.m. A mailbox and its contents on Lowell Street were damaged by the plow. DPW was advised.

9:06 p.m. Two high school students hanging around the Corey Building were advised.

January 15

9:24 a.m. Police advised at the scene of a civil dispute on Fiske Street.

1:19 p.m. Police investigated an accident without injuries on Maple Street The vehicle was towed.

11:53 p.m. Police provided transport for the owner of a disabled motor vehicle.

January 16

12:17 p.m. A vehicle was reported off the roadway on North Road. Police assisted at the scene.

3 p.m. A lifeline activation was reported.

January 11

2:14 a.m. A seven-year-old boy having a seizure was taken to the hospital, with advanced life support on the air.

12:17 p.m. A five-month-old girl fell in her carriage and an adult fell on top of her. They were taken to the hospital.

January 13

5:22 p.m. A caller reported a head-on motor vehicle accident with injuries on Canterbury Court. The injured party was taken to the hospital.

January 14

10:27 a..m. A caller reported a detached two-car garage fire on Old East Street. There were living quarters above the fire. Four pieces of equipment responded and mutual aid was requested from Concord and Bedford at 10:41 a.m. All equipment was back at the station by 12:05 p.m. (See story on page 1)

3:57 p.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation at a Lowell Street residence.

January 17

7:35 a.m. The police department requested an additional generator.

8:46 a.m. An alarm company reported alarm activation on Cutters Ridge Road.

10:19 p.m. A Laurelwood Drive resident reported a chimney fire. Three pieces of equipment responded and were back at the station by 10:47 a.m
