November 22

8:38 a.m. A prisoner held at the Carlisle Police Station was transported to the Concord District Court.

8:39 a.m. A car hit a deer on Westford Street.

9:22 a.m. Two charges were added to those filed against the prisoner taken to the Concord court, one for a threat and the other for a second violation of a restraining order. On November 21, the 37-year-old male from Waltham had been arrested for assault and battery and violation of a restraining order. The plaintiff resides in Chelmsford.

3:50 p.m. Police assisted the fire department at the scene with transport from Hickory Lane to Emerson Hospital.

7:45 p.m. The dog officer was notified of a dog complaint on River Road.

November 23

4:48 p.m. Concord Police requested assistance looking for a missing Westford resident near the town line on Concord Street.

5:32 p.m. Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop at East Street and Old East Street, a summons was issued for operating after suspension of a license.

7:29 p.m. The operator of a suspicious vehicle on Judy Farm Road was advised.

November 24

6:49 a.m. Police assisted the fire department at the scene with transportation from East Street to Emerson Hospital.

8:36 a.m. A minor accident occurred at Concord Street and Palmer Way when one car rear-ended another vehicle that had stopped for a school bus. The bus was not involved.

8:51 a.m. Police turned out the lights on a truck parked at the department of public works (DPW); the truck belonged to a tree crew.

12:27 p.m. A speeding vehicle at Brook Street and East Riding Drive was stopped and advised.

6:32 p.m. A complaint was received about a barking dog on River Road.

8:49 p.m. An emergency restraining order was delivered on Estabrook Road.

November 25

2:06 a.m. Police found an open door at a Westford Street residence. They checked the building and secured the door.

4:59 a.m. Police assisted the fire department on Virginia Farme Lane.

November 26

7:10 a.m. Boston Edison was notified of a townwide power outage which, in some areas, lasted until just before noon.

10:53 a.m. Police were unable to serve a restraining order at an Estabrook Road residence.

11:11 a.m. A domestic argument at an East Street residence was resolved by the parties involved.

12:56 p.m. Police presence was requested at an Estabrook Road residence.

7:23 p.m. Police were unable to serve a restraining order on Estabrook Road.

November 27

1:35 a.m. A suspicious person was reported at the Town Hall. Patrol located a visitor to Carlisle who was writing poetry on the bench in front of the building..

9:48 a.m. DPW was notified of a tree blocking the roadway at Bellows Hill and Estabrook Roads.

10:18 a.m. Police assisted the fire department at the scene of an outside wire problem on Log Hill Road.

1:46 p.m. Police were unsuccessful in their attempt to serve a restraining order on Estabrook Road.

10:16 p.m. A vehicle hit a deer at East Street and Cutter's Ridge Road.

November 28

1:19 a.m. Police were asked to assist on East Street at a residence where there was an unwanted male. The situation was resolved when one of the parties left.

7:43 a.m. Police were unsuccessful in serving a restraining order on Estabrook Road.

2:45 p.m. Operators of vehicles involved in a minor accident at the rotary were advised.

7:49 p.m. A barking dog was reported by a Carroll Drive resident.

3:50 p.m. A 63-year-old man fell 10-12 feet off a ladder and sustained lacerations and a possible broken arm. He was taken to the hospital.

November 24

6:50 a.m. A woman with severe back pain was taken to the hospital.

November 25

4:51 p.m. A 78-year-old female was taken to the hospital with Advanced Life Support (ALS) assistance on the air and at the scene.

November 26

8:28 a.m. An alarm on East Street was investigated.

8:46 a.m. An alarm company reported an alarm activation at a River Road residence.

November 27

10:19 a.m. An outside wire problem on Log Hill Road was investigated.

November 28

6:16 a.m. A male experiencing chest pain was taken to the hospital with ALS support on the air and at the scene.
