October 11

6:21 p.,m. A wallet was found at South Street and Heald Road and was returned to the owner.

October 12

12:27 p.m. Police investigated a two-car motor vehicle accident at Westford and Acton Streets. There were no injuries.

7:20 p.m. A vehicle hit a deer on Bedford Road at the Bedford line.

7:55 p.m. A complaint was received about a disabled motor vehicle at Bedford Road and Brook Street. Patrol had investigated the vehicle, which was waiting for AAA assistance.

October 13

5:52 a.m. A car hit a large rock, which had fallen off an existing stone wall at Westford Street and Munroe Hill Road.

8:49 a.m. The department of public works (DPW) reported a slightly damaged headstone in the Green Cemetery. It is not known when the damage occurred.

2:12 p.m. The wind blew a door open and set off an intrusion alarm at a Hartwell Road residence.

4:17 p.m. Police were successful at the scene of a house lock-out on Heald Road.

7:35 p.m. A suspicious flashing light was reported on Brook Street; it was determined that a tractor was being unloaded.

October 14

9:28 a.m. Carlisle Police furnished mutual aid to Concord Police at the scene of an automobile accident at Lowell and Barretts Mill Roads in Concord.

11:31 a.m. Patrol removed a tree limb from the roadway on East Street.

11:36 a.m. A power outage was reported on School Street.

12 noon. Boston Edison was notified of a tree on the wires on Baldwin Road.

1:24 p.m. Boston Edison was notified of a tree across the road and wires down on Rutland Street.

1:32 p.m. Boston Edison was notified of a power outage on Heald Road.

1:45 p.m. Bell Atlantic was notified of a branch on the phone lines on Wolf Rock Road.

2:15 p.m. Trees blocking the roadway at Westford Street and Rockland Road were removed by DPW.

3:42 p.m. Boston Edison was notified of a power outage on Berry Corner Lane.

5:13 p.m. Phone and electrical utilities were notified that a fallen tree had knocked out services on North Road.

October 16

2:29 p.m. Patrol assisted in transporting a Carlisle resident from the Bedford line to his home.

1:23 p.m. Debris was removed from the Lowell Street roadway.

October 17

12:41 p.m. Police investigated a possible breaking and entering on River Road. The investigation was continued.

2:19 p.m. Lumber was reported dumped at a Cross Street location.
