Gleason receives order of conditions
At their February 11 meeting, the conservation commission turned to the public library building committee's application for approval of final plans for the Gleason Building addition.
The construction specifications covered, besides the addition itself, the parking area, utilities, grading and drainage facilities, all within a 100-foot wetland buffer zone. Convinced that the plans as presented by engineer George Dimakarakos and building committee chair Sally Swift met all the new state recommendations for storm water management on a tight lot, the commission closed the public hearing and issued a standard order of conditions.
