3:26 a.m. Police assisted the Fire Department with a medical emergency on School Street. 

7:28 a.m. Police assisted the Fire Department with a medical emergency on Hillside Drive.

8:42 a.m. A Bingham Road resident reported that a car was speeding down the street earlier in the day and asked for an officer to monitor the area.

10:12 a.m. Police assisted the Fire Department with a smoke alarm activation at the Cranberry Bog House on Curve Street.

4:44 p.m. Police assisted the Fire Department with a medical emergency on Concord Street. 

December 4

• Twenty property checks and one residential alarm activation were recorded.

• Eight motor vehicles were stopped for traffic violations.

8:59 a.m. An officer made a well-being check on Timothy Lane.

10:14 a.m. Police assisted the Fire Department with a gas line that had been struck by construction equipment on Baldwin Road. 

10:28 a.m. While responding to the above situation on Baldwin Road, an officer clipped the right hand front side of the police vehicle on a rock while pulling over for the fire engine. The right front of the bumper was pulled out. 

11:37 a.m. Officers assisted the DPW near the intersection of Lowell Street and North Road.

3:39 p.m. Eversource was notified that rusty water was coming from a box on an electrical pole near the intersection of Audubon Lane and Concord Street.

4:07 p.m. Police investigated a three-car accident in the parking lot of Ferns Country Store on Lowell Street. 

6:20 p.m. A suspicious motor vehicle on Cross Street was involved with a film project in the area.

6:43 p.m. Police assisted the Fire Department with an escort for Santa Claus.

6:56 p.m. A staff member accidentally activated the burglar alarm at the Carlisle Public School on School Street. 

December 5

• Twenty-three property checks were recorded.

• One motor vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. 

9:29 a.m. A Bedford Road resident reported a phone scam.

1:51 p.m. An officer assisted a Timothy Lane resident.

3:28 p.m. Possible gunshots were heard in the vicinity of East and Old East Streets.

3:35 p.m. An officer assisted a U-Haul truck driver making a delivery.

4:19 p.m. A driver struck a deer near the intersection of River Road and Prospect Street. Officers searched the area but found nothing.

4:57 p.m. Police assisted the Fire Department with a medical emergency on South Street.

7:10 p.m. Suspicious activity on Acton Street was reported. A vehicle had a mechanical malfunction. 

December 6

• Twenty-four property checks and one accidental 911 call were recorded.

• One motor vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation.

5:36 p.m. A Hobblebush Lane resident reported coming home to lights on and the back door open. An officer walked through the home and found no issues.

6:03 p.m. The Field Driver was denied access to do an inspection of a Rutland Street property with chickens and livestock. 

December 7

• Thirteen property checks and one residential alarm activation were recorded.

2:35 a.m. Police assisted the Fire Department with a natural gas odor coming through the vents at the Benfield property on South Street.

9:52 a.m. Police assisted the Fire Department with a medical emergency on Pilgrim Path. 

10:19 a.m Officers searched for a suspicious motor vehicle in the area of Buttrick Lane but found nothing. 

1:31 p.m. A Russell Street resident reported that two leaf blowers had been stolen in the past 30 to 40 days.

5:26 p.m. Westford Police were notified that an erratic driver on Route 225 crossed into their town.

10:22 p.m. An officer drove a driver who ran out of gas to the Alltown Gas Station in Billerica.

11:25 p.m. A Nowell Farme Road resident was taken into protective custody.

December 8

• Eighteen property checks were recorded.

• Two motor vehicles were stopped for traffic violations.

1:59 a.m. A fire alarm accidentally activated on Patch Meadow Lane.

9:10 a.m. The Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC) was called to Maynard.

11:59 a.m. A School Street resident reported receiving a Social Security phone scam.

1:52 p.m. Officers checked on a possible safety hazard near the intersection of Bedford Road and Red Pine Drive. 

6:51 p.m. Concord Police requested an officer to help search for a missing person at the Middlesex School. The missing party was located before arrival.

10:52 p.m. Matthew Curley, a 34-year-old Acton resident, was arrested for speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol on Westford Street. 

December 9

• Twenty-six property checks were recorded.

• Six motor vehicles were stopped for traffic violations.

1:54 p.m. An officer moved a large sheet that blew off a truck on Westford Street.

8:13 p.m. An officer assisted a Cross Street resident with a water leak. ∆
